A new look for the Viale Ortles residential complex with a contemporary style, embodying modernity and innovation.

As many as 900 square metres of surfaces, including false ceilings and façade, clad with an innovative profile system made of composite material: a high-performance polymer alloy based on wood and PVC.

The project, articulated in 3 phases, includes: the cladding of the external façade and loggias, the false ceiling of the same, and the installation of sunbreaker panels to complete the aesthetic and functional aspect.

The consolidation

The cladding of the ceilings was made of Woodn material in composite wood, with a brushed Sahara beige finish that gives a touch of elegance to all the loggias.

The material was applied with a special metal kit anchored to the floor joists with subsequent attachment of the staves.

The façade

With a contemporary and dynamic style, the façade, covered by an external coat, has been clad with composite material panels with a wood-like finish. Anchored to a metal substructure, these panels accentuate the volumes and depth of the building thanks to a chromatic contrast between: the dark grey used for the loggia walls, and the light grey used for the façade.

Further enlivening the geometry of the façade are the vertical sunbreakers, made by Eleva Build to offer maximum visual comfort: managing light intensity while maintaining the tenants’ privacy.

The sunbreaker panels, made of Woodn material with a painted steel structure, create stylistic continuity with the loggia ceiling, with a brushed finish in Sahara Beige.
