An articulated project, for the seismic and energy upgrading of towers 6, 7, 9 and 10. Covering the 4 towers, for a total of 8000 square metres of surface area in less than a year, required careful design and planning of the activities, considering the constraints and specificities of each tower and dividing the team into 4 teams.
Two phases were planned for each tower: A first phase of laying the substructure and first layer of insulation; and a second phase of covering the same with the application of ADDCross Isopan panels, as a dry coat.

The Consolidation
The consolidation of the four towers was achieved through the construction of an anti-seismic carpentry, on which the steel profiles constituting the substructure were fixed. Eleva Build aims to achieve the highest quality standards, in every intervention, which is why it carried out in partnership with Hilti Italia the tear tests on the fastenings of the substructure to the earthquake-resistant carpentry.
To complete the first phase, EPDM waterproofing membrane was used between the earthquake-proof carpentry and the counterstructure profiles, a special rubber with excellent characteristics of flexibility, durability and resistance to atmospheric agents. Finally, mineral compensation wool was laid, in a single layer, and the fastening elements of the panels to the counterstructure were installed.

Installation in record time
The expertise and professionalism of the Eleva Build teams allowed the installation of the cladding panels to be completed in record time: in just 4 hours, they managed to clad the lower half of one facade of the tower.
Different types of Isopan AddCross panels with different finishes were used for the dry lining, as well as the application of all the tinwork and finishing on the window surrounds.

From design to realisation
It took many hours of work to turn this project into reality; when the installation is complete, comparing the preliminary studies with the final result, we can see how Eleva Build succeeded, faithfully respecting the initial design and finishing the job on schedule.
