The construction of the new laboratory and oil depot sees Eleva Build engaged in all the phases of the work: from the design of the new spaces, to the demolition of the pre-existing and construction of the new reinforced concrete structures, to the restoration of the existing floors.

All of this while respecting set timeframes and objectives, and fully respecting the continuity of production of the company.

After an initial phase of demolition of existing floors and foundations, the following were built the new reinforced concrete structures, including hydraulic and electrical, for the proper management and monitoring of the stored material.

Subsequently, on the concrete layer, the paving was constructed industrial and restoration of the existing pavement.

To complete the project, asphalt work was carried out and the preparation for the laying of metal carpentry.
